The Bag Lady is strongly committed to preserving the privacy of our customers. All
the information collected from our customers will be solely used for The Bag Lady,
and not sold, published, or transferred in any way to 3rd parties.
Security
All of our transactions automatically take place on a secure server. All
of your personal information is encrypted before it is transmitted over the internet.
Payment Information / Sales Tax
At this time we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Debit
cards, and Paypal. Sales tax is applicable only on orders placed in Louisiana.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24 hrs of the time they are placed. Please
allow 3-5 days longer on all monogrammed items. Please contact us with any special
requests. We will try to accommodate any rush orders if possible. Choose your shipping
option based on how fast you want your item.
Monogram Procedure
The examples of the possible monogram fonts are shown. If you have a special
request for another monogram font or monogram thread color, please contact us before
placing your order. Special requests will be honored if possible.
Please review carefully the initials you enter and be aware of the order. We are
not responsible for incorrectly submitted orders. Each item lists the order in which
the initials should be entered. Please follow these carefully and contact us if

Return Policy
Personalized and sale items are not returnable, except in the case of an
error on our part or defective items. Any return request must be made within 5 days
of receipt of the merchandise. All merchandise must be returned in original condition.
We cannot credit shipping and handling. Please call or email us before sending back
